In many emerging markets, import duty on CKD kits is under 10%, while complete vehicles (CBU) pay 35% or more. For new energy vehicles, some countries set duties on assembly equipment and kits close to zero.

Our scope
Everything inside the factory walls
Plant and process design
Layout, process flow, station planning and production schedule for your models and volume.
Equipment and tooling
Procurement of the full line plus manufacture of jigs, fixtures and tooling.
Installation and calibration
Our engineers install and calibrate every line on site.
Commissioning
Trial production, troubleshooting and debugging until the line runs to specification.
Training
Engineers and operators learn to manage the line and carry out each production process.
After-sales service
On-site support, spare parts and remote help once production starts.
Not included: land, factory buildings and public utilities such as water supply and the power network. These are arranged by the client.

Nigeria: 15-seat van assembly plant
TJ Autos supplied and installed an SKD assembly line for high-roof 15-seat passenger vans in Nigeria. Our engineers set up each station, ran the first builds with the local team and trained them through final inspection and wheel alignment.
